Cindy Ghilarducci started her career as a pharmacy technician at Longs Drugs in March 1992. She was the first technician in Hawaii to pass the Longs Drugs pharmacy technician test. She continued as a technician with the company until making a change to Kaiser Permanente.
  
Cindy invented an innovated position as a vacation relief technician and was one of only a few technicians who could just walk into any pharmacy and  complete the day as a job well done. Cindy was the first technicin at Kaiser to pass the national pharmacy technician exam. She traveled to the big island of Hawaii working at the Kaiser Hilo and Kaiser Kailua-Kona locations and worked for 3 pharmacies at Kaiser in Lahaina, Wailuku, and Kihei on Maui. Her skills were extremely valuable to the organization.
  
After a brief stay away from pharmacy, Cindy worked at the Maui Clinic Pharmacy where she became the compounding technician. Cindy made various capsules, lozenges, ointment, creams and liquids. She was capable of reorganizing the Compounding room for best practice. She did all the ordering for al compounded items under the supervision of a pharmacist.
  
Cindy has a bubbly personality and is a joy to work with.
